‘Do you already have a plan of requirements?’, ‘Yes, it will be luxurious meeting rooms with all the facilities you could wish for, this is where you want to be at the Friday afternoon drinks’.

In collaboration with REND and Creative Agency Verrassend Mooi we worked out this plan for the renovation of the top floor of ZUID4. ZUID4 is a former bank office and is being repurposed from 100% office function to a multidisciplinary business complex with offices, meeting rooms, restaurant ZUID4 Food & Drinks, and ZUID4 Fitness. A modern office concept that responds to the changing labor market.
